Operations Manager - Laurelin Taylor

Laurelin has been working in Prime Central London lettings since 2005. ARLA qualified, she has worked in a variety of different lettings divisions having started out in tenancy and property management before moving into negotiating and the management of lettings departments. Having worked with both portfolio and Estate landlords extensively in the past, Laurelin was excited to be given opportunity to gain valuable experience in this sector with City Living London, whilst still utilising the skills she has developed in the letting and management of private clients’ properties. Laurelin is a versatile and forward-thinking Manager with a close eye for detail and an approachable manner.

Works and Compliance Manager - Elliot Hughes

Having been exposed to the property market from a young age and studying business management at university, a role comprising Property, Works and Compliance management seemed like an obvious choice for Elliot. Since graduating from university he has worked in property for over 4 years and has just gained his ARLA qualification. In August 2016, City Living London caught his eye as a company which would allow him to expand his knowledge whilst achieving career progression. The team is driven, but also appreciate that it’s important to have fun at work. He is very happy with having joined the CLL them, and envisages himself growing with the company for years to come.

Finance Manager – Maria Brown

Maria is a multi disciplined lettings professional starting her property career in 2000 as a Lettings Management Coordinator, she rose to a Senior Property Manager in managing a large residential property portfolio in Essex. She went on to complete her accounts administration qualification in 2008 and now is our Head of Finance at City Living London. Maria also holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3, and is a member of ARLA. She is currently working towards completing her level 4 to become a Fellow and ACCA.


Maria's passion for this industry comes a close second to her passion for being a Cats Protection League Volunteer.

Accounts / Utilities Assistant – Tu Lay

Having joined City Living London in late 2015, Tu is a great addition to the team. Having initially started on front desk, Tu now manages all utilities and assists the Finance Manager in accounts for the portfolio. She has joined the company after an extended maternity break, having previously managed a busy office in a Pay Per Click advertising agency in West London, so she is well versed in managing this varied role.


In her personal time, Tu delights in spending time with her family, and is a budding cook. We’re all hoping to sample her cooking soon!

Marketing Manager – Harinder Dhillon

Harinder has a strong property background, having worked in residential sales and lettings since completing her degree in 2012. In this fast moving digital age, she manages all marketing for the company and ensures clients properties are presented and marketed to maximise enquiries. This role draws on her photography, marketing and design skills, and includes challenges such as dressing properties, creative input to website design and digital marketing campaigns. On joining the team in Summer 2015, Harinder quickly became an integral part of our professional team ensuring market presence at all times.


When not at work, she is constantly on the move: she keeps herself busy at the gym, social engagements and helping with refurbishments at the family home.

Lettings Administrator - Hannah Keenaghan

As one of our newest team members, Hannah has quickly become an integral part of the CLL team. Offering a cheerful welcome from the front desk, Hannah is our clients’ initial point of contact and is responsible for managing key inventories, scheduling all tenant inventory check ins and checkouts, and keeping our contractors in line! Hannah has been working in the industry for around 18 months and having joined the team in July 2016 is now enjoying a new challenge working in a slightly different portfolio-based environment, getting to know the property market.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys going for long walks and spending time with her young niece.

Senior Negotiator – Sebastian Giraldin

Sebastian has been with City Living London since 2012 as our Senior Lettings Negotiator. Holding the ARLA qualification, he is a true professional and passionate about giving exceptional customer service. Living in West London, Sebastian is very familiar with the area and is able to guide tenants on their choices and through the complete letting process.

Sebastian is from the romantic city of Paris and speaks fluent French and English. He is also a professional wine specialist and is passionate about food.

Handyman / Emergency Call Out – Hadi Ismael

Hadi is the longest standing member of staff here at City Living London, and is possibly the finest handyman in town! Working with Elliot in maintenance, Hadi’s days are pre arranged with varied tasks from lock changes, to unblocking a shower, to checking and clearing guttering. He always has a smile and a wave, or a toot of the horn if you see him in his City Living London van. If you are a tenant, be sure to save his number from the tenant information pack in case you are locked out (charges apply).

A family man, Hadi spends his spare time with his wife and young children, and enjoys taking them out to see the sights and to run around in the park. The original ‘Mario’.

Maintenance & Compliance Assistant - David Marquez

David joined the company at the start of 2015 bringing with him a wide spectrum of maintenance expertise, and has made a real difference to the team. He works closely with Elliot ensuring alarm, lighting and other regular compliance monitoring is completed, in addition to the painting and decorating of properties as required.  He has worked in maintenance and redecorating for well over ten years.

Originally from Tenerife, he loves the sunshine, go-karting, and plays football at least once a week – he is a very friendly guy, and always happy to help.
